Weekends
Marmot Lodge is available for large groups of up to 34 guests. You can book the entire lodge midweek or weekends. We have a minimum number of 15 guests to book the entire lodge however special arrangements can be made for smaller group numbers. When the whole lodge is booked it is charged at a per person rate. We do not charge for infants if you bring your own bed/cot.
Long weekends are a minimum of 3 nights , Christmas, New year, January, school holidays and Easter are a minimum of 4 nights. August, Christmas, New year, January and Easter are peak periods.

Guests are required to provide their own linen, this includes sheets, doona covers, pillow cases and towels. We provide doonas and pillows. Guests must place their bedding over the top of existing mattress, pillow and doona protective covers. If you are traveling interstate and cannot carry bedding please contact us for options.

Midweek
You can book the whole lodge or individual rooms midweek. If the entire lodge is booked out midweek then individual room bookings are not available.
All of our rooms have security code locks on the doors so we are able to offer individual rooms for rent midweek.
If Booking individual rooms: We have a minimum booking requirement of 2 people for 2 nights for midweek for individual room bookings. You could be sharing the lodge and communal areas with other great guests or may be lucky to have the place to yourselves.
If a large group books the lodge midweek then they will have the lodge to themselves. If the lodge is booked midweek by a group then it will be unavailable to individual bookings. To book the whole lodge there is a minimum number of 15 guests. For midweek group bookings please check with us to make sure there are no individual room bookings.
